Training :

Personality plays a very vital and important role in a student's career. The Training and Placement Department has started Personality Development Program (PDP) with the help of professional trainers as well as experts from the industry. Anand Engineering College has collaborated with external agencies like Career Forum, Career Launcher etc... for the same. Personality Development Program aims at identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the student. The motive is to develop their soft skills, English speaking, general aptitude and overall personality through expert lectures.

Anand Engineering College has also taken the initiative to enhance the technical knowledge of the students. We have entered into a new venture with technical agencies like Oracle India Private Limited, NIIT technologies, CADD Centre etc... These agencies provide hardcore technical knowledge in the field of software development which is of great help at the time of campus placements.

Placement :

Anand Engineering College had been chosen as the Nodal Centre by the Indian Army under the 16th University Entry Scheme. The results of the interviews are yet to be declared by the Indian Army; subsequently the selected students of AEC will proceed for SSB. The Training and placement Cell is also working hard in order to establish linkage between the industry and the institute so that the students can be placed through campus interviews. For the same, the Indian Air Force and companies like TCS, Infosys, Satyam, L&T etc... have already been approached. We understand the competition faced by today's youth and for the same the Training and Placement Department organizes various activities for stress removal. Sangeet Sammelan by a charitable organization called Spic Macay was organized in which eminent personalities like Mishra Bandhu were invited to perform in the college. Anand Engineering College is also in the process of starting Yoga Classes for the physical and mental relaxation of the students.

We are also in the process of expanding the Training and Placement Department for the placement of the growing number of students in Anand Engineering Colleges.
